Panasonic KX-TGP500 is a complete solution for SIP IP-Centrix/Hosted PBX systems and Asterisk users. With this system, one is not confined to one room or a part of room, as this can be used as a wireless terminal. This system has benifited various corporate houses, and has technically replaced traditional phones.
With the installation of this dect solution, there is no need to set up a system telephone at every base. Additionally, panasonic KX-TGP500 can be expanded to include up to 6 DECT KX-TPA50 handsets. It facilitates the user with many convenient options such as call forward, voice mail etc, which make it a more useful device.
Panasonic KX-TGP500 supports up to 8 SIP registrations (e.g. up to 8 DID lines or extensions) which have CODEC: G.711a-law / G.711m-law / G.722(wideband) / G.729a / G.726(32K). It provides the user with 2.1” large LCD with white back light on cordless handset which makes it more attractive. The handset call button with status indicator on base unit makes it different from other systems. Furthermore, the system facilitates the user with ethernet pass-through port and hands-free speaker phone on base unit, without lowering sound quality.
