RockBochs RBSUP-40

The RockBochs RBSUP-40 support agreement is designed for Asterisk-based software installed on the PhoneBochs line of PBX hardware with 31 to 40 extensions.

The RockBochs RBSUP-10 support agreement is designed for Asterisk-based software installed on the PhoneBochs line of PBX hardware with up to 10 extensions

Scope of Service:

  • RockBochs will provide up to a maximum of 20 hours assistance per support contract per year.
  • Technical assistance includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
  1. Troubleshooting of supported software
  2. Software administration and setup (FreePBX, etc.)
  3. Remote installation assistance for updates
  4. Network configuration assistance
