The RockBochs RBSUP-40 support agreement is designed for Asterisk-based software installed on the PhoneBochs line of PBX hardware with 31 to 40 extensions.
The RockBochs RBSUP-10 support agreement is designed for Asterisk-based software installed on the PhoneBochs line of PBX hardware with up to 10 extensionsScope of Service:
- RockBochs will provide up to a maximum of 20 hours assistance per support contract per year.
- Technical assistance includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
- Troubleshooting of supported software
- Software administration and setup (FreePBX, etc.)
- Remote installation assistance for updates
- Network configuration assistance
